Name, phone number, e-mail address, and date of birth information collected through booking, use of our facilities, and our waiver is used by DOGLEG GOLF LLC generally to understand customer use, preferences, scoring, and booking.  Additionally, we use this information to communicate with you, and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising related to the ACTIVITIES at the PREMISES; and, more generally to improve and optimize user experience.

Customers of our facilities have the option to use Trackman®, a third party web and/or mobile application, in connection with the ACTIVITIES in order to track user performance data.  All information  provided, collected, used, and/or stored by any third party application shall be subject to the privacy policies of the application provider.  DOGLEG GOLF LLC may access this data to better improve the customer experience.

DOGLEG GOLF LLC uses the third party services of Twin Harbor Web Solutions, Inc. Personal information is not shared except as described above. DOGLEG GOLF, LLC may also share information to comply with applicable laws and regulation, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
